Mental state reflects on our physical well-being and vice-versa. A person with a strong mental attitude can achieve and overcome any obstacle.
In the Yoga sessions, we will work on our earthly vessel (the body) with postures which are synchronised with breathing. The breathwork helps calm the psychosomatic system and build awareness. Guided meditation and relaxation techniques are performed to centre and calm ourselves.
After all, chaos and continuous motion leads to anxiety, stress and burnout.
Conscious movements with awareness of breathing will soon help in better health, sleep, interpersonal relationships full of love and compassion for self and others.
